The IDC offers a wide range of courses for students at all levels. From introductory undergraduate courses, through core communications engineering modules, to a wide range of postgraduate courses where students can deepen their knowledge in some of the most advanced research areas in communications engineering, the IDC has it all. Courses range from pure communications engineering courses to highly interdisciplinary courses.

Some of the lectures are complemented by laboratory courses where students can apply their knowledge directly to practical tasks.

Seminars, research projects, bachelor and master theses give students the opportunity to work on the latest research topics at the IDC.

Courses are primarily aimed at students on the following programmes, but are generally open to all:

• Medizintechnik (MT)
• Communications and Multimedia Engineering (CME)
• Computational Engineering (CE)

• Advanced Signal Processing and Communications Engineering (ASC)
